Larceny Revisited, Album-Thief Caught Red-handed

To
All my dear visitors,
This piece of article should be in your appraisal long before today. As I couldn’t come to my blog with new albums for you due to lot of pressure for study and it wasn’t possible.
Anyway, this I told in my blog earlier (link) that some larcenous, dishonest bloggers are filching albums from some genuine blogs (those who are the original CD ripper and 1st uploader of them) and reposting them in their blogs for credit without putting a little ‘Thanx’ or ‘Courtesy Message’ to the genuine blogs where they are taking the albums from. Thus they are making way to claim their originality. But truth must come out. Here is some more rigorous proof for your fervent perusal.
http://apurbaworld.blogspot.com is such a blog whose owner is a masterpiece in this type of ‘burglary handiwork’. Have a look over his some of the ‘artworks of album-theft’.

1. Nuton O Shonaton Rabindranath by Sounak Chottopadhyay  and  Nutan Aloe by Indrani Sen and Srabani Sen-- These two albums I posted  1st in my blog. (vide. http://noeticdm.blogspot.com/p/my-selective-collection-of-rabindra.html)
Each album contains 10 songs originally. But I posted 8 of them in each. Mr. Apurba also posted this in his blog (link1 &; link2) but couldn't post more than 8 songs in each album . What does it prove? You judge. Click on proofs to get snapshots of stealing (Proof1 and Proof2). (It's mentionworthy that already Mr. Apurba has deleted these two posts for saving himself from 'Thief' conferment. But proof is still burning brightly to unwipe it again.)
Yet still now he claims his originality. Sorry for your inconvenience for providing incomplete albums. But this was the only method to apprehend the ‘thief’ red-handed.
Now I’m posting the password protected links of the rest 2 songs in each album here. Mail me at noeticdm@gmail.com for getting password. Click on the following songs for getting individual link.
EI UDASI HAOWAR PATHE PATHE  --Nuton O Shonaton Rabindranath
MONE KI DWIDHA -- Nuton O Shonaton Rabindranath
and
AMAR RAAT POHALO --Nuton Aloe
OLO SOI, OLO SOI --Nuton Aloe

2. Not only that, Mon Re Amar by Indrani Sen was one of my oldest posts through Sajal Da’s blog paulsajal.blogspot.com (link1, link2)  . I posted it in 2010. But it the album was released in 2009. Apurba, here also, mistakes in furnishing information by boldly assuming it an album released  in 2010. (Link in Apurba's blog. Click on proof for snapshot.)

3. He Bandhu by Sanchali Ghosh and Prayas by Rima Mukherjee were 1st posted by me during Durga Puja as puja albums. But they were posted in Apurba’s blog later.  Here too he makes a mistake!!! (Snapshot1 ; Snapshot2)
e.g. I intentionally made the sound of the last part of Jodi Tor Dak Sune Keu Na Ase in Prayas by Rima Mukherjee corrupt. (Link for the album posted by me) But apurba eliminated the corrupted last part and posted the particular song incomplete. (Proof)

4. Horizon, a most wanted puja album by Rupankar and Manomoy, I ripped but didn’t post it  in my blog as this was not after my choice. When Bijayan the owner of bijayan.blogspot.com wanted this album I gave him this  to publish and he was the 1st uploader of this album (Link in Bijayan's blog. See there the date of posting). Apurba also stole this and rather without giving 'THANX '  or 'COURTESY' he abused Bijayan and his visitor in his chatbox. (proof)  (Snapshot)
Having perpetrated this derisory deed he even tried his best to abuse bijayan an also me in our chatbox section (proof1) (proof2).
It's very funny as well as bad to say that even he (Mr. Apurba) doesn't know the 'types' or 'genre' of the albums he posts. He mistakes a 'Atulprasadi' album by Srabani Sen to be Rabindrasangeet. And one of his visitors rectifies him (proof).
Even whatever the albums Mr. Apurba posts in his  blog have been posted formerly over internet in any other sources and you can find the alternate sources by vigorous serching in Google. Such as his latest 'xclusive' album Aay Mon Tui Aay By Ujjaini Mukherjee  (link)  is posted much before in this link. He only posts here 4 songs out of 8 to showcase his originality.(proof)
(Regarding Bijayan's blog and posting vide Clarification below)

       A CLARIFICATION REAGARDING THIS ISSUE:-
Now a question comes obviously and I’m also liable to clarify it. We bloggers uploads album for mass-download free of cost in order to let them listen to good songs/music (at least, as per to my concept or psychology of music-blogging). Then why I’m terming it as ‘THEFT’ or ‘STEALING’?
This is nonetheless self-explanatory on the entirety.
Regarding this issue I’ve to set paradigm rather than example and elucidate a fact to comprehend. I wasn’t in blogging last year. I was like also you, like my visitors, who used to surf the net in search of good music-albums in accordance with my own-choice. Whenever I was running finished all my effort probing for a particular album or song over online-media I would walk to the Kolkata or Delhi Music-stores (as presently I reside in Delhi) and would purchase the original CDs of them instantly if they are in stock or placing order for farther delivery. You all perhaps know, I launched this blog for publishing my articles. But eventually it converted to a music blog being inspired by paulsajal.blogspot.com. Sajalda, helped me a lot and my 1st album publish was through Sajalda’s blog as an external uploader. I did this with a view to sharing the albums which are not already available in internet. Indeed, the number of albums in my blog is less compared to that of others for myself being extremely choosy and selective.  But beforehand Sajalda also pointed some so called dishonest ‘Thief’ bloggers with sufficient proof of stealing and being fade up he left his blog and ceased posting new albums  for more than three months. Aftermath, as a result he got abused in his chatbox by those bloggers paulsajal.blogspot.com) recently (February '11 last week) he deleted the chatbox for direct conversation. This happened to me too. When we requested them to do this but mentioning the credits to original or 1st uploader, rather they did the opposite and started abusing us. (Click to view proof.) Our notion is -- if the albums are posted in different they will catch the attention of more people easily. So to make their source 'multiple' is good and we have no objection. But does a little ‘courtesy’ or ‘thanx’ cost so much that those are not mention-worthy? e.g bijayan.blogspot.com is such a blog where the collection of music is best without any doubt I can assert. But Bijayan himself doesn’t upload albums but collects the link from various sources and compile them in his blog in order to find them easily at a single-place citing apt and required ‘courtesy’ to the original blogger(s). This is a good venture and I personally support it. This can’t be inclusive in the term ‘Album Theft’. So this is my venture to point out the dishonest bloggers with sufficient proof. Yet they claims shamelessly about their ridiculous ‘Originality’. If this goes on the original bloggers will lose their entity, a matter of grave concern. As most of these blogs are operated by a single person or a group individually, each and every one of them strives and toils to post the albums whatever they get originally. These include a lot of steps and consume huge time for ripping CDs, designing album art,s tagging, uploading and so on inclusive of some more intermediate steps.
Looking forward to seeking logical and rational favour, comments as well as complements from my dear visitors.
